Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply currency conversion or other charges independently of Maison Scaletta.

All orders are subject to product availability, successful payment authorization, and our fraud and security checks.

Maison Scaletta does not directly store your complete payment card details on its own servers.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Maison Scaletta ships to the countries and regions made available during checkout.

Available shipping methods, charges, and expected delivery times will be displayed on our website, at checkout, in our Shipping Policy, or in your order confirmation, as applicable.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Maison Scaletta is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the delivery timeframe communicated to you.

International shipping may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs procedures, severe weather, transportation interruptions, or other exceptional circumstances.
